No. Dermedics® is a professional brand and is sold exclusively through certified salons

Yes, but only for B2B. Our webshop is exclusively accessible to logged-in salons and partners. 

Yes, that's required. We don't work with every salon.

During the conversation, we will determine whether your salon is eligible for our partner program.

No, a diploma is not required.

We strongly recommend that you have at least completed a beautician training course or a facial care module.

Yes. As a partner, you'll have access to masterclasses on business, marketing, strategy, and mindset, so you'll grow not only in knowledge but also in revenue.

Yes. As a Dermedics® Partner, you'll follow a 3-day introductory training course.

We want you to be fully prepared to work professionally and achieve strong results.

The training is free at the start.

We don't work with strict region exclusivity, but we do actively monitor the quality and distribution of our partners.

We do not accept oversaturation within a small radius and always look at:

• the size of your region
• the type of salon
• the distance to existing partners
• the potential and level of professionalism

Our goal is to give every partner enough space to be successful , without unnecessary competition.

That's why we don't just approve everyone in the same neighborhood — we always make an individual assessment during the introductory meeting.

You'll have access to 1-on-1 WhatsApp support, strategy and growth guidance, quarterly follow-up, marketing materials, our community, and all training courses within the Dermedics® Academy.

Yes, that is possible.You can purchase our equipment separately, without immediately starting the full Partner Program.

Important to know:

Buying just equipment does not automatically give you access to our Dermedics® Partnership, training, masterclasses, community, or strategic guidance.

Would you like to join the Partner Program later?Then that is possible – and you can perfectly combine your start-up with equipment for fully professional operation.

That depends on your admission and training time.

After approval, we will immediately schedule your start date.

No, most courses, training and masterclasses are included for partners.

Exceptions are exclusive specializations, guest speakers and certain events.

Our training courses take place online via the Dermedics® Academy or on location at larger institutes.

We offer monthly training to get you started with our starter packs!

Yes, but only unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us beforehand by email to report the return.

No, for reasons of hygiene and quality control, opened products cannot be returned

Send an email to spain@dermedics.com with your order number, reason for return, and product information. We will then send you the return instructions.

We usually ship within 1-2 business days of payment. You'll automatically receive a tracking link once your package leaves.

There is no minimum amount once you become a partner.

For orders over €300, shipping is free, so we recommend this amount.

Under €300 → shipping costs will be added.

From €300 → free shipping within the Spain

Yes, that's possible – but only as long as your order hasn't been processed yet. We process most orders the same day, so if you have any questions, please contact us as soon as possible by email (spain@dermedics.com).
